I have a 7 year old child. He was born at 24 weeks and weighed 1 pound. He is a twin. At 19 months of age I noticed a white spot on his scalp that began to grow large and dipped down on his forehead. I took him to the Dr. fearing it was Vitiligo and sure enough it was. From there I took him to a dermatologist that used creames that did not help. As a last result he was given the laser treatments with UV Rays that were working until they grabbed the wrong patient chart and 2nd degree burned my baby on his face and scalp. It's been four months since I started noticing white patches on my skin especially on parts that were exposed to the sun. Dr. Li, I want to take this moment to thank you for developing this product for Vitiligo. I started having white spots since I was 16 years old. My son has had vitiligo since he was about four-years-old. He is now 11 and in the past 2 years, his spots have grown tremendously bigger and his eyelids have gone white. Thank you so much for vitiligo pills and oil!!!! Five years ago i found out about my thyroid problems. I have been taking the Vitilax capsules and using the oil for six weeks.  Have I seen a change?  Yes.  What have I noticed?  The white spots on my arms are changing shape and I see very tiny spots of pigment coming back. Remember, this is not a "quick fix".  It is important to be dedicated and take your caps and use the oil like clock work.  It is also important to be patient.  I have hypothyroidism and I take a slow release T3, T4 cap made up by a compounding pharmacist every morning. Hypothyroidism can be a cause of Vitiligo.  Get your T3,T4 and total TSH levels checked by a doctor who is knowledgeable.  Call your nearest Compounding Pharmacy to find out who is.  Good luck to you.

I was wondering if this is normal. My hands look all spotty. But the brown spots look more and more like they are filling in. I started taking the capsules the first of November.

I just want to say that I believe Vitilax has been helping my daughters Vitiligo. She started to take it about four months ago and has been to the dermatologist and we have found that small patches on her body have gone away and slightly bigger ones have started to re-pigment. My daughter started to get this whitening patches on her face about 2 yrs ago and been told there was no cure. I had the product "express" delivered on 03/20/07 and immediately started using them. Today is 04/29/07. What a difference! My biggest concern was the spreading of discoloration on my face.
